When we PIPA inspect a bouncy castle, we take into account many factors like how many tie-down points it has relative to its size and calculated wind loading area, how many it actually needs.

We test outside bouncy castle tie-down points with a weight gauge to a minimum of 163Kg, this is not required for all indoor only bouncy castles.

We test the internal air pressure of every bouncy castle we PIPA Test to make sure it meets the minimum (currently 1Kpa) pressure. Many factors can affect the pressure in a bouncy castle; even a small kink in the inflation tube can make a difference. Bouncy castle blower maintenance is essential to keeping your bouncy castle inflated to the correct pressure.
